So, I use four individual double-wide walls instead. Note: I can't just use a single wall to box the park in or it'll automatically add in a floor, thus completely wiping the park clean. I put a wall around the park and paint it blue to emulate PUBG's electrical field. Finally, morning rolls around, and I get down to making this entire event less of a holiday and more of a mandatory battle for survival. There are a couple benches in the cabin to sleep on, but everyone seems to love being outside. The first one to pass out and fall asleep (on his face in the dirt) is Arturo (I knew he was weak). The day goes by and they sit by the fire, use the bathroom (there's one in the cabin and two public lavs outside), and steadily everyone grows a bit uncomfortable.
Adan eventually shows some situational awareness and goes prone (he lies on his back and looks at the clouds). A few play horseshoes, some relax or explore. Well, at least some of them run off as if they're in a rush to scavenge gear, but truthfully they're just going to admire their surroundings and engage in chitchat, possibly because they have no idea they're in a fight to the death. Let's take a look at the players skydiving in! It's not quite PUBG's Erangel map, but it's close enough. There's a cabin for gearing up (or for standing around and talking about sailboats), there are trees for cover from incoming WhooHoo advances, a couple public restrooms, and an area for games and a campfire. Granite Falls feels like a good spot for a battle royale match. That should be enough time for everybody (except one!) to die. I then use the phone again to extend the vacation for two weeks. Then I make them use their phone again to invite the other seven Sims along. Naturally, I can't just dump my Sims in the woods: first I have to move them into a house, then make one of them use their phone to go on vacation (with the Outdoor Retreat add-on), then rent a small campground, then immediately visit Granite Falls Forest, a national park. Despite the wolf shirt and moustache, I'm already bored with Adan. He's also a perfectionist and an art lover. If left ignored, the Sim will be given a negative moodlet for not doing their duty.Adan here is a glutton, which means he'll get extra unhappy when he's hungry. These consist of tasks related to the Sim's profession that must be completed in a set amount of time. The player will have to deal with the daily responsibilities of their Sim. Moodlets provide temporary boosts (both positive and negative) to a Sim's focus slider, which replaces the mood slider of previous games. Two 'needs' from previous Sims games return: Hunger and Energy. Instead, the game involves the player upgrading a kingdom, choosing an ultimate goal or an 'Ambition' for that kingdom (such as wealth or popularity), and then fulfilling quests that contribute to that goal. For example, players are able to customize the aesthetics and layout of building interiors, but unable to alter the basic structure and shape of buildings.
In a change from other Sims games, the character creation, simulation, and architectural aspects are significantly reduced and altered to enforce a sharper focus on role-playing-style gameplay. Ambitions include 'Best In Show', 'Busy Builder', 'Efficient Expander', 'Fame', 'Filled Coffers', 'Hard Workers', 'Imperial Domination', 'Legendary', 'No Quest For The Weary', 'Safe And Sound', 'Thoughts And Prayers', and 'Wealthy Populace'.
The game diverges from other installments of the Sims series in that players can win the game by achieving a kingdom ambition. Players build up a kingdom, send Sims on quests, and earn rewards in the form of Kingdom Points. The Sims Medieval provides a medieval setting. During presentation at E3 2010, EA announced that the Limited Edition was available until the launch date, and was also released at the same time as the standard edition. Set in medieval times, it allows the player to build a kingdom through quest-driven gameplay.
It was available for Nokia Lumia Windows Phone, on March 25, 2013.
The Sims Medieval is a life simulation video game that was released in March 22, 2011, by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and iOS, part of The Sims series.
